- Representing employers in administrative actions in front of federal and state agencies including the EEOC, the DFEH, the DOL, the Labor Commissioner/DLSE, the WCAB, and the NLRB
- General litigation matters involving issues such as unfair competition, breach of contract, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, and misappropriation of trade secrets
